In addition to the care we put into translating your work, we go the extra
mile and have our work QA reviewed by a separate set of translators engaged
specifically to ensure we make any necessary linguistic adjustments and
certify that the project is of high quality and can be released to you, the
client.
How We Translate?
We start the process by interviewing your product management and/or
development teams. In order to
provide you with optimal
service, we will gather as much
information about your industry,
products, target customers, etc. We
also need to know the format we will receive
and deliver the data
in. We need to agree on
delivery times and milestones. We will also
define our agreed upon process for handling corrections
and content updates once the translation
is complete.
Once we have detailed and agreed upon the Statement of Work, we get down to
business. A Context International Translation Coordinator
will collect all of your material and store it in our secure and version-controlled repository. We will then segment and qualify the data for assignment
to the appropriate resources.
Once the work is assigned, we manage
the appropriate translation libraries to prepare for future corrections and QA.
When each segment is completed, we will recompile the data and route it to our QA
department for verification. If errors are discovered, we fix them immediately.
Upon completion, our Translation Coordinator will deliver the final product to you,
the client.
At this point, we prefer to be involved in the Development and QA process on
the client-side. When we are able to watch the material get integrated into the
system and run through your QA process, we
will immediately respond to
problems in delivery that impact the product. Our goal is to quickly turn
around the product as to not negatively impact your project’s QA cycle.
